As a locally operated non-profit, The Frank R. Howard Foundation is dedicated to the long term success of Willits and all of Northern Mendocino County.  In addition to fulfilling our mission of retaining high-quality hospital services in area by striving to assure that a hospital will always be available to those in need of an acute care facility.  The Foundation is committed to staying active in supporting various community objectives.
