As the charitable support organization for the Frank R. Howard Medical Campus , Frank R. Howard Foundation is dedicated to raising support to construct the new Hospital & Healthcare Campus. The funds raised by the Foundation will allow the new facility to address the health care needs for the residents of Northern Mendocino County.
